About the project
A project about the solar system, the seasons and everything connected (plants, animals, dishes, customs and traditions, etc. )
AIMS
learning about the solar system and everything related to it
learning about the structure of leaves and plants
the seasons of the year and how people, plants and animals live with them
being aware of similarities and differences in different regions of the world
WORK PROCESS
Start October 2018 until June 2019.
–> throughout the whole year collect pictures and videos of the local weather (with date!)
October: Setting up twinspace and students profiles
November: introductions of schools and countries, first exchanges and discussions between the students, getting to know each other by doing different tasks
December: exchanging christmas/ new years postcards, recipes, etc. by mail
January: brainstorm outdoor games, online tutorials for the other countries
February: teaching solar system and the planets (videoconference from Armenian school observatory)
German school: excursion to Planetarium with report or other schools
March: Teaching the seasons
April: Seasons // Easter tradition exchange
May: — open —
June: Applications for quality label, Evaluation, dissemination
